Integrated Recovery Services
Coordinated Support for Young Men Navigating Substance Use & Mental Health Challenges
Accountability Through Counseling & Coaching
Integrative Recovery Services is a collaborative partnership between Counseling Choices, PLLC, Life Launch Recovery, LLC, and Parent Partners Coaching & Consulting. Together, we provide a unified, multi‑disciplinary model designed specifically for adolescent and young adult males (ages 16–35) experiencing substance use disorders and co‑occurring mental health symptoms.
Our Integrated Model
Young men and their families often receive fragmented care—different providers, different messages, and inconsistent expectations. Our model brings three essential roles together:
Psychotherapy (Clinical Foundation)
• Individual therapy for SUD and MH symptoms
• Family systems work
• Insurance‑eligible (BCBS, Aetna)
Peer Coaching (Daily Accountability)
• Real‑time support from lived‑experience peers
• Structure, follow‑through, and decision‑making
• Bridges the gap between therapy and daily life

Parent Coaching (Family Alignment)
• Boundary support and parental integrity
• Reduces enabling/reactivity
• Helps parents stay grounded during crises
Wraparound Supports (As Needed)
• Psychiatric prescribers
• Structured housing
• Sober escort/transport
All services are coordinated—not siloed—to ensure consistency and reduce mixed messaging.

Peer Coaching
Peer coaching services are non-clinical, evidence-based interventions where individuals with lived experience in recovery from mental health or substance use challenges provide support to others facing similar situations. These services are built on the principles of mutuality, shared understanding, and empowerment, distinct from clinical therapy or case management.
