Professional Background

Roy Page serves as an interventionist, recovery coach, peer group moderator, and counselor, working closely with clients and their families to design and implement personalized recovery plans. He brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial expertise, business leadership, and strategic planning into his coaching practice.

In 2021, Roy and his wife Lynne co-founded Crossings Addiction Recovery, LLC, a North Carolina-based non-profit dedicated to supporting individuals and families in overcoming alcohol and drug addiction. Crossings integrates innovative treatment methods with the therapeutic experience of sailing, empowering clients with essential recovery tools and life-changing pathways.

With over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, CEO, and senior executive in marketing, advertising, and public relations, Roy also serves as a partner at the mergers and acquisitions firm TobinLeff.

As an LCAS-A, CADC, and Love First–trained interventionist, Roy specializes in addiction recovery, intervention, recovery coaching, and family support. Drawing on professional training and his own recovery journey, he helps clients build practical strategies for sobriety, healing, and long-term personal growth.

Personal Perspective

Roy is the author of A Letter to Evan, an Amazon Best Seller. The book is a heartfelt letter to his son, written after what Roy describes as “a perfect storm” in their lives.
Additionally, he holds over five American Sailing Association certifications.
Roy earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), accredited by the North Carolina Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board.
